Jennifer has served as Human Resources Director at Paul Mueller Company since 2020, leading workforce strategy and organizational alignment initiatives.
Prior to joining Paul Mueller Company, she held Human Resources and Production Management roles in manufacturing environments. She began her career as a Registered Nurse after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri Southern State University.
