Always check:

• Does the control panel show an error message or instruction?
• Is your equipment receiving power? Have the fuses been checked?

Cooling issue:

• Is the system set to cooling mode?
• Has the thermal protection been checked by pressing it in?
• Is the condenser clean?
• Is there sufficient ventilation around the condenser for the intake of cool air?
• Can the condenser fan easily expel the warm air?

Cleaning issue:

• Is the water supply in order?
• Are the water filters clean?
• Is your boiler working properly? During cleaning, the boiler temperature should remain around 80°C.
